It all started with an idea. Over the last 20 years this idea grew into a business that has gained your trust with innovative solutions in four different industries – agriculture, chemicals, logistics and food.

UAB “Underhill Baltic” was founded in 2005 and worked in wholesale as well as retail of fertiliser, feed and food products while also providing terminal services.

As our operations grew, so did we: after restructuring we became UAB “UHB” – a holding company managing UHB AGRO, UHB SERVICE, UHB CHEMICALS, UHB FOOD, TRAŠKIJA, MARIJAMPOLĖS NPK, EXIMAG and other companies that are leaders in their own fields and stand out for their impeccable reputation, innovation and principles of sustainable development.

We buy, manage and invest into businesses constantly looking for new ways to make operational processes more efficient and better the way we work thus strengthening and building new value chains.
