You will be responsible for:
- the mood of our modern office making sure colleagues and guests feel comfortable;
- preparing and managing company documents;
- managing internal communication and external correspondence;
- organising colleagues’ business trips: booking tickets, hotels, etc.;
- taking part in organising company events and celebrations;
- nurturing company’s culture and traditions.
We expect that you:
- are an organised, communicative and proactive person;
- can react quickly yet pay attention to details;
- work well both in teams and on your own;
- like to communicate with customers (experience in similar work is an advantage);
- have at least a bachelor degree in law;
- are fluent in Lithuanian (knowledge of English, Russian and other languages is an advantage);
- are literate in IT: you will not need to code but good skills in MS Office are necessary;
- are not afraid of repetitive tasks, work and processes.
